Our newest member of the family is Matthias David Skaggs. We are so blessed to have him added to our clan. Early on we discovered that he has a genetic condition called Trisomy-18 also called Edwards syndrome. This genetic condition can present itself in many different ways. We still don’t know all the potential issues that Matthias will have to contend with, but we know that we serve a sovereign God who is in control and has crafted him exactly how He see fits. It is such a privilege to care for this precious baby and we are excited on how the Lord will direct his days.
